About Us

We are a woman-owned small business helping to simplify the government contracting and grant process from beginning to end. Started in 2017 by contracts professionals, we recognized a need in the industry for dedicated support, specifically aimed at small business, to help them attain their goals of working in the government marketplace and securing their future.

Often without dedicated in-house contracts support many small businesses don’t even try to compete. This is where we come in. We offer our customers access to contracting professionals who provide solid, professional proposal and contract management services on an as-needed basis. Our professionals have their National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Designation as well as the requisite DAWIA Level III certification through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

Cost Estimating and Analysis

Our Estimators are key members of the proposal preparation team, advising on cost issues from first discussions through completion of the estimate. Our estimators will work with through the entire process to providing certified cost and pricing data should that be required.

  • A cost estimating plan will be developed and agreed on with the client.
  • All cost estimates will be prepared following the client’s cost estimating company guidelines. The appropriate cost estimate methodology for each class will be applied.
  • Cost Engineering will have a review and approval process with the client which will result in an approved basis of estimating.
